It is a very charming hotel situated in lovely place facing river and historical Borghetto. We booked the hotel as it had great reviews and very nice pictures and were not disappointed. Everything worked really well there- personnel was helpful and friendly, food was great, rooms- spacious, modern with great views, hotel area simply beautiful. We learned that hotel is actually recently renovated 13th century customs building and it is extremely successful combination of old and new- amazing renovation effort! We also tried some SPA treatments and massages were one of the best we ever had- can definitely recommend it. Also area offers a lot so it was never boring. Fantastic place to spend your time and relax. We plan to come back!

It is also very accessible to places in the neighborhood around Garda.

On The Rock is set 100 metres from the mediaeval Castle in Arco, and offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, and a bar. Paulo has to be the best hotel manager, greets you as if you saw him yesterday and nothing is too much trouble. Stayed at On the Rock a few times, and still it has to go down as one of our favourite places to stay. They've just got all the details right down to a tee. We stayed in the Junior Suite this time round - which was a super large room with great views. Breakfast is great; a continental offering with fresh pastries and daily fruit. The hotel is tucked away off the main street but pretty central to Arco with walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
