Whoever started this hotel had a lot of imagination and a great sense of humor! The place is awesome! Bed was comfy, heated floor in bathroom, you get a free welcome drink and a dinner when you arrive, the location is great, the rooftop bar was fun, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful- just cannot say enough! I double- booked a room and I didn't mean to- they refunded the money! I would definitely recommend the place and if ever in Manchester again- we know where we're staying! P/s- don't miss the downtown library- what a treat! Moose Coffee is pretty yummy too

Everyone has done a great job and the hotel felt brand new (it is almost four years old). Breakfast buffet and menu combination was excellent and the service was cheerful. A perfect hotel experience.
