Staff was pretty nice, and polite and respectfull. i liked the way they set up the curtins, so it can isolate the outside completly (which most hostels ive been to, either dont have or have bad curtins). also i liked very much the place generally. good location pretty central but not in a dangerous area (even though madrid is not dangerous)

Everything was absolutely amazing! The check-in process is all online (a big yes for introverts :)) the room key is also virtual (love the technology!) The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Soaps and shampoos provided are from Rituals (love the pampering!)

Building is located very close to the plaza de espana and royal castle. It takes 3-5 min to get there. In 6 min distance is located royal park and park with templo de debod. Location is great. The reception works round the clock and they are very helpful.
