In a prime location in the centre of Bilbao, LATROUPE La Granja provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The room was beautiful, the nicest I've seen in a hostel, with a very roomy, modern shower. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the curtains. The common areas are also very comfortable and there was a friendly vibe everywhere.

I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Location is perfect - 5 min to the beach or Old town. Many good restaurants and pintxo bars around. The room was big, with sofa and table. Decor was very nice, felt new and fresh. Bed was big and comfortable with nice linens. You do not usually expect such impressions from 2-star hotel.

The outside pool is really nice. The big plus for us was the 24/7 coffee and tee station.
