Mark was waiting for us when we arrived and patiently explained everything about the apartment. I loved the whole scene of the reception and bar being the same place. The staff were good to me, organising a taxi to collect me even though Beyonce was playing that night and everyone was busy. It felt so safe and relaxed in comparison to the centre of Marseilles. The pool was lovely and the room was lovely. They found me something to eat, when I tried the restaurant although they don't have vegan options on the menu and they brilliantly translated and ordered vegan Uber Eats for me on the other night I was there and found suitable crisps at the bar for me twice and free orange juice and water. It felt really friendly and I tried to extend my stay but they were full. It is a twenty minute walk to the Le Pointe Rouge beach and there is an amazing ice-cream and sorbet bar there to greet you. The beach was lovely to swim.

The staff were super friendly. Check-in went smoothly, I was also able to deposit my luggage without any problem. The young lady at the reception gave me advice for a nice restaurant. The room is spacious, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the balcony is a nice extra. There is also tea and coffee in the room. The location of the hotel between the station and the old port was ideal for me.
