The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect - 5 min to the beach or Old town. Many good restaurants and pintxo bars around. The room was big, with sofa and table. Decor was very nice, felt new and fresh. Bed was big and comfortable with nice linens. You do not usually expect such impressions from 2-star hotel.

Our stay at the Lasala Plaza Hotel was amazing and not one to forget! The staff were wonderful and accommodating - we were celebrating my Partner's 30th and they saw the birthday cards in the bedroom and left us a small bottle of fizz to help us celebrate which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was incredible and our view was unparalleled. Everything was spotless and the Coffee machine was a wonderful touch. Obviously the suite was a bit of a splurge, but I would say it was worth every penny. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and the perfect place to watch the sunset. I can imagine its fantastic in the summer! In terms of location, you are right on the outskirts of the old town, and next to some amazing places to eat and visit, not to mention the beach right on your doorstep - no better location really! I would recommend to anyone looking for an extra special stay in San Sebastian!
