The rooms were nicely designed and we liked it a lot that every room has its own bathroom area. The property owner was also very kind and attentive. We stayed around 6 nights and loved the accommodation. Nothing to say bad about it, we can only recommend!!!

A fifteen minutes drive away from the airport, located in a very peaceful and private area, and a five minute drive from a large supermarket and multiple restaurants. The access to the D400 road for touring the coast was close by. The host is very kind and helpful and accommodated our requirements. The villa is luxurious and stylish, boasting exceptional amenities such as a jacuzzi, large pool, BBQ, two large balconies, four bathrooms, spacious rooms, including a games room with a ping pong table. The pool and garden was regularly cleaned by a friendly caretaker. We will definitely be booking again, I couldn't recommend it more!

The property is amazinggg . The views . Very clean . The owner and caretaker family are very helpfull. Pool cleaned every day. The villa has everything you need . We even cooked . Aprox 13 steps up to the villa . It is completely private no one can see the pool so for anyone looking for complete privacy. This has it ! 8 -10 min drive to the main harbour in Kalkan where all the restaurants are and boats . 3-4 min drive to a few supermarkets Fyi there is a bit of a steep hill when driving . Just give it some gas and rotate the wheel from left to right and you’ll be fine . This was booked as a getaway for my old parents (82 and 72) and siblings and we all loved it . On suite and toilet in every room There is one room ground floor and 3 upstairs Ground floor room and one room upstairs have a jaccuzi tub as well . Ground floor room has double bed and upstairs has 2 double rooms and one twin room . Can’t praise the villa more Speechless.

The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Kumkoy Beach. We had a nice stay in a well equipped villa. Two big bedrooms with wardrobes. In a big living room there is also a sofa that can be used as two persons bed. All rooms with air conditioners. In a kitchen we had all necessary equipment for self-cooking. There is big fridge. The location is on the closed, quite street. Villa is situated in a 10 minutes walking distance from public beach. It is clean beach and well maintained. The owners are very responsive at any time of the day. They show us a way to some other beaches, as we had a rent car and could travel. Also suggested a nice fish restaurant on a boat in old city. In overall it is good place and good price for value. Recommend it for family stay or for group of friends.
