Latterly, everything is really good. The view is gorgeous. This villa is such a nice place to spend your vacation on. It includes everything that you might need. I really recommend this villa if someone ask me about a place in ALJABAL ALAKHDAR. Moreover, I came all over the way from Sydney (Australia) and the host was so kind and lovely to welcome us by himself. I will come to this villa again on my next visit to Oman.

You enter the room and feel like you’re in Oman! All the details are thought to make you live and feel the country. Rooms are huge, perfectly organized and with a stunning view. The location is perfect if you want to stay very close to the 4 villages (worth the visit) and have the Diana point right on your doorstep. There are 4 restaurants with plenty of choice and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had.
The hotel location is very good. Is not far from Al Ain village. The view from our room was beautiful. Room's atmosphere is very unique with traditional Omani theme. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. This hotel highly recommended.
Lovely old house in the village of al aqr which has been beautifully transformed into a hotel. The two brothers who run the hotel and their staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Perfectly situated right at the start of the terrace walk.
Ahmed the owner is so humble and supportive. He is a cleaniless freak and has maintained the villa sooo clean and tidy.
Amazing location with view of the terraces, and at the start of the three villages walk. Owner is super welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable and really cool, as the whole building is in the style of an authentic Omani house. Dinner is also excellent
The renovation of these old Omani mountain villages is tasteful and sensitive. Staying here felt like a really authentic experience, but with modern luxury in the bathrooms and bedding. The young Omani owner is kind and welcoming. The dinner was abundant and delicious. You have fantastic views and easy access to the W18b Three Villages walk which is amazing.
Exceptional mountain position . Splendid views and great and helpful staff and hospitality from everyone. The food by the new Indian chef is truly exceptional in all categories. Local, Indian, European, international, Asian. Top notch . Very nice spa facilities. Fully recommend. Rooms and whole set up and positioning is gorgeous. Probably one of thev2 or 3 best luxury hotels in Oman.
My stay at Sahab Resort and Spa was absolutely incredible. The resort's breathtaking location amidst natural beauty provided a serene and peaceful retreat. Its a luxury resort with the most amazing views. Don't get me wrong its very expensive but its an 'experience'. Beautiful scenery. We stayed in a villa and was perfect for families and did feel like luxury with small private pool. Highly recommend also taking the walking tour of the nearby villages (one of the high points- no pun intended)
As it's Jebel Akhtar Area the climate was cool and calm. The dine in, room service and the staffs. Very cooperative staff also offered me a tour of entire 58 villas in buggy.
