The surrounding location around our villa was gorgeous, beautiful plants and landscaping. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing. We loved staying in the jungle outside of downtown Tulum as it was quiet and private. You definitely will want to rent a car or a motorbike if you are staying here, as it is not walkable to downtown Tulum. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be coming back some day!

Breakfast was amazing and it was awesome to have the kayaks to use whenever we wanted. It's so nice that they have only 4 rooms so you don't feel like just a number, you get a real personal experience. Definitely stay here you won't regret it. P.S. I recommend getting up early to catch the sunrise.
