Sri Lankan people are extremely nice but sometimes people forget to write about a property and just rate by how good people are. this is an amazing place for the price! clean room, good bathroom, a closet, and AC. definitely get the room with the AC. Sheets are clean and not smelly, which was super impressed to me. the owners are such nice people - it was such a pleasure to stay with them. breakfasts are amazing and Wasanda does great laundry! everything was clean and she even ironed my clothes. highly highly recommend you staying here.

Featuring a private entrance, the villa allows guests to maintain their privacy. What a beautiful accommodation. Super clean and attention has been paid to every detail. The beds sleep fantastic! Breakfast is served in the beautiful tropical garden at the communal table and is really delicious! The villa is located very quietly, a place to completely relax.

Everything was amazing for our honeymoon, the room is perfect and spacious, there were two showers, the outdoor shower is an experience, the indoor shower was an entire room on it's own had hot water, and the private pool was a treat, privacy is well maintained whether indoors or outdoors on the villa premise

Squirrels live on the tree near the balcony, which we liked :) of course there are many animals around, but they never get inside the room.

The rooms were comfortable and clean that we extended our stay for another night. We also had the villa all to ourselves!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.9 km from Urawatta Beach. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. The place was unique great place with direct sea view. Is highly recommended. All new and very clean. Very nice and helpful host.

The rooms are spacious, you have hot water if needed, a full equipped kitchen and a big living room. It is super clean, the host is very nice and helpful (he also provides water bottles for you) and the location is also really good as it is in a really quiet area without the noise of the main road but still close to the beach and to everything you need. Would definitely book it all over again.
