Renovated in 2015, IORI Stay is nestled in Takayama. This traditional Japanese-style townhouse was created in collaboration with local artists and boasts designs with both modern and traditional Japanese influence. Guests will have the entire property to themselves during their stay. Chitose san is really the highlight of this beautiful property! She's very kind and helpful and always cheerful. She gave us some really great recommendations. The property is typically Japanese yet luxurious. It has very thoughtful little touches and great coffee (Nespresso)! While some folks have commented the breakfast is ok, I thought it was quite nice. It's not lavish but its a nicely assembled bento.

The staffs are also very nice and responsive. We would definitely rebook nest Olive Atami in the future.
