I also read a nostalgic picture book. I also enjoyed the slide. I also played games with my family. The smile of my mother over 80 is the best. I am looking forward to the next season.

The owner lives downstairs but he keeps away unless you’re checking in or out. Upon arrival he greeted us with orange juice, a map of the area and recommendations. Accommodation was pleasantly better than expected - Space was big yet cosy - Bathroom had a running bath with onsen water - Location was great, just by the lake where you could board the pirate ship around Lake Ashi - Clean!

It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.
