The house and installed equipments were all new and and worked perfectly. The view from the house is excellent. The location is good. Easy to go to supermarket and lake Maggiore. The owner, Ivan, is so kind that he allowed us to stay after lunch although the check out time is10:00, because it rained heavily.

Rossana is very kind and responsible. location is very closed to Como Lago train station and some attractions in town and lake . Very convenient. Also have parking in center of city .

Alberto and Paola are kind, thoughtful and generous hosts who have carefully considered everything you could possibly need, including umbrellas and wet weather ponchos, games and children's colouring books. Open all the drawers and cupboards on arrival, and you will be amazed at all the extras which have been provided! Thank you Alberto and Paola for creating such a lovely place to stay. We would love to come again.

A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The accommodation is non-smoking. This is basically an in-law apartment in the first floor of a house with its own private entrance. The space is beautiful with mountain views. Perfect home base for various adventures in the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and they provided a coffee pods for the machine (critical for a caffeine addict like me). The main bedroom was very comfortable and we got great sleep. The hosts were super responsive and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! Note that there is a tub or jacuzzi in some of the images of the space, but it wasn't there. This might be part of an extra area that you have to pay extra for or something? We didn't want/need it so it wasn't a big deal.
