It is in a genteel area of 5 star hotels and elegant detached villas, opposite a park, next to the sea, conveniently just around from both the port and the shops, this time capsule of faded good living is the rarest of things. A home from home and on a delightful island, enriched by perfect hosts with everyday tales of royal encounters. Typical property tick boxes cannot reflect the ease or joy of living there with space and all the useful things which you never normally find when staying abroad.
The closeness to the train station and to the town centre is just a short easy walk to the villa. Luca was very welcoming, which gave the villa a calm, chilled atmosphere . The big wooden gate on entering, the gardens, trees, and lovely decorated rooms was stylish and luxurious . The place felt very secure
The property is immaculate. Definitely one of the nicest villas in all of Positano. There are four individual rooms, six bathrooms total a private pool and a balcony you cannot compare. The host Connie is absolutely incredible.

Staying at Giovanni's little house was a dream. The attention to detail in its decoration was stunning, and Giovanni's hospitality was unmatched. The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view. Located in a charming Italian villa, it offered a peaceful retreat with delicious dining options nearby and easy access to the Path of the Gods hike. I didn't want to leave!
Good location, about 10 minutes gentle uphill walk from the top of the funicular on the route up to Villas Jovis and Lysis. Like much of Capri, you need to be able-bodied to reach it. There is a well-stocked supermarket and cafe nearby. The cafe has good WiFi (there is no WiFi in the apartment). There is a washing machine which was great. Mrs Annalinda, our contact, was helpful. The view from the bedroom was great and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful views away from the hustle and bustle of Positano. Quiet retreat. It was so nice to have two excellent restaurants nearby to walk to and a small mini market nearby for a few supplies. My 3 kids loved their room and their own little space on the bottom floor. Lots of space for a family of 5! Host accessible and helpful. Highly recommend arranging a driver if coming from another city as it is difficult to navigate roads and luggage to reach villas in the hills.
