A beautiful house in a great location with superb views down to Eristos and the Elephant Museum in the distance. Katerina has thought of everything in the house to make your stay comfortable, she is a wonderful host. There are a couple of tavernas very close by and a supermarket with everything you could possibly want. We loved it and would like to return.

Location, location location right on the port, great view and people watching. Just a short stroll to Livadia village square and a few mins more to the beach. Good breakfast - also sent mine to the room one day as I wasn't well enough to go down. Let us keep the room late until our ferry at no charge.
Kiki communicated with us beforehand and kindly met us at the wharf and drove us up to the property. It’s not far to the village centre, but it was nice to not have to walk our bags uphill. The room was spacious and had a washing machine. The large balcony had a great view, and a large sun shade.
We loved this place. The apartment was perfect and had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was very spacious and clean. The hosts were lovely and happy to help if needed. The area was so peaceful and we especially loved the huge wrap around Balcony complete with Amazing view of the mountains. We sat and watched the goats and chickens wandering around beneath us daily. Good wifi connection. Very well located, close to the village and beach and bus stops.

Large and quiet accommodation located a few steps from the village. Comfortable beds, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace. Easy communication with Vlada and Zafeiris, great hosts! They gave us all the information about the island and were always available to make our stay peaceful and unstressful. Thanks a lot!
