This property offers access to a patio, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is soundproof and is set 300 metres from Loutraki Beach. This is a newly built, beautiful house, and if you like the Scandinavian interior design style, you will love it. The 3 bedrooms are placed in the back of the house, and in the front there's a lovely open kitchen living area. Kitchen appliances are great, and everything you need is here - even some empty drawers for you to put your stuff in, which is rarely the case for some reason. The kitchen is placed facing the pool which made it very easy to prepare meals while overlooking the kids playing in the pool. Our kids are 7, 10 and 12 (and tall) and 7 is probably the mimimum age to really enjoy the pool considering its depth. We had a car and I recommend to have one in this area. It's a good 15-minute walk to the restaurants and the sometimes there's a sidewalk, sometimes there's not. We spent a week here in late October, weather was great and the town still had almost all of its restaurants open. There are good grocery stores in the area and it's very easy to spend time here. Hosts are friendly, people of Loutraki are friendly, everything was easy here.
