It was a last minute booking as we were originally heading to Volos which we were forced to cancel due to smoke and ash from the tragic Evia fires. We were extremely lucky that Terra Olivia had a solitary villa available for our dates on such very short notice. The villas opened in mid-2020 so they are practically all new. The owners, Michalis & Sofia, have spared no expense on the villa building materials and furnishings which are all top-class. Really a place to feel at home. Their hospitality was second-to-none incredible as they catered nicely to all their guests. Very good and healthy breakfast and the pool bar was also a joy; great staff. Daytime and especially evenings were very quiet, which is quite important for me as a light sleeper Unfortunately, all villas were fully booked for subsequent dates and we then moved to another destination. If you’re looking for the high quality of villas you’d find around Glyfada or Mykonos, then Terra Olivia is the place for you. We highly recommend and when we return to Halkidiki will book Terra Olivia again in a heartbeat!

The house is as comfortable as it can be. The house owner deserves special thanks for his care and quick attention to all questions. We plan to come back again.

My family and I spent a week at this property in June 2024. The house is modern, clean and very well equipped. The beach is a minute walk away. The town centre and supermarkets are 5 minutes walking distance. Compliments to Elena for being a wonderful host and going the extra mile to ensure we would have the best experience. It's a well deserved 10/10 rating.

Firstly, very nice host 😊 then the vila which is very big with many places to stay out, each bedroom has a terrace with table and chairs. Evenings were pleasants in the garden with the hammach and being an area only with villas, was also quiet.

The location very much met our expectations, with an optimal and very ergonomic living space. Perfect for a wonderful and longer vacation. The location allowed us to see how the Greeks live and explore the wonderful town with its wonderful and wild beaches.
