Bed was really comfortable, an electric fan provided and it was fantastic. Walk in shower room was really lovely. Internet connection was good enough to do some online meetings for work. Ducks in the little lake, robins on the lawn, huge outside table that would be perfect for barbecues. Raised area with 2 loungers to catch the sun.

The property was spacious and a beautiful retreat. It was clean, had excellent quality furnishings and equipment. Having a shower and bath in the spacious bathroom was a plus. It was a welcoming place to be. It was easy to travel out from. The outdoor space was really lovely too and all private.
Like a mini home, a converted double garage is a lovely retreat in the country.

Brilliant, clean, self-contained accomodation, dog friendly, had everything we needed for our short stay. Bed linen and towels provided. Kitchen equipped with oven/hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge etc. Close to shops, and a short 5 min drive to beachfront. Perfectly situated for Africa Alive, within walking distance, a short drive to Southwold, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, and other local "must see" towns and villages. Had a lovely time and would certainly stay again👍
EVERYTHING! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was perfect. All staff friendly,welcoming,helpful and efficient. Loved the location near everything but also quiet opposite Abbey Gardens. The rooms are luxurious and very warm, big comfy beds,spotlessly clean, all you could want provided. Free easy parking just outside door. Every member of staff we met made our stay so lovely. Great room, bar and restaurant. Food first class, fresh, hot, plenty of choice. It was a shame we had to leave! Could get used to such luxury!
Wonderful location, lovely garden, comfortable cottage, everything thought of. A peaceful place to watch the wildlife. A great base to visit beaches, towns and villages, plus the amazing Sutton Hoo, then retreat back to this beautiful place. The accommodation was lovely in summer and, I'd imagine, all through the year.
Tranquil mini break discovering charming village relatively on our doorstep (by around 50 miles) yet never been.. Found everything to have been conducive to meeting our expectations of relaxation with the added little pieces of luxury. Everywhere oozed attentiveness with nothing being of any trouble. Our room being spotless with lovely fresh cotton linen and pure white fluffy towels. Would definitely recommend.
