Lovely hosts and excellent location for visiting the fabulous National Trust properties and famous gardens in the area. Never had to drive more than 30 mins to these bucket list locations. The studio was bright and cosy, superbly fitted out, with awesome westerly sunset views west over the fields. Sitting on the outdoor patio, listening to the birdsong and watching the sunset = wonderful!

Very clean and comfortable, and great service. A small b&b in a quiet village with a nice pub. A perfect stop over for exploring the Kent coastline.
The staff are friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. The new rooms have everything you could want and the super king beds are very comfortable with luxury linens and pillows.

Perfectly lovely, well equipped apartment, very well situated for the local bay. Very thorough and thoughtful info/welcome pack from the Hosts for perusal upon arrival. Comfortable beds and clean linen/towels. Very spacious apartment with ample room to socialise as a family/group but also space to retreat and take yourself off if you need a peaceful 5 mins in another room without disturbance.

The Olive tree townhouse was spotlessly clean, truly luxurious home from home, with all the luxury of white company, Marks & Spencer‘s, molten brown, beautiful white cotton sheets plump pillows and beautiful mattresses true luxury!
Beautifully renovated luxury pub tucked away in a small, fairytale village. The rooms are refined, everything shows attention to detail. The bar and restaurant are cosy and quaint. The pub is the centre for the villagers who meet here every afternoon. There is a garden and a conservatory. The food is of excellent quality. One of the best steaks I've ever had in the UK. But as you can imagine, it all comes with a price.
From check in to check out the stay was simply amazing. Room was spotless, modern and luxurious. We loved the deck area which was covered and heated at the time of our stay. Every member of staff from front of house, reception and back of house were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The beds are simply divine. Pool/spa area being open til midnight with drinks available via a tablet was a great touch. One of the best luxury hotel stays we have had.
Located in a nice part of the town amongst Edwardian villas. Comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Smart bar area downstairs. The three staff we saw were friendly and were as helpful as they could be.
