We didnt have breakfast as my friend doesnt eat a cooked breakfast and there was no continental option. Room was comfortable and clean in a beautiful village location. Great for a dog as the rooms were situated next to the pub garden so easy to take the dog outside when needed. Super friendly staff and a delicious evening meal

Location was perfect, with a harbourside view of the day to day workings of a seaside village (as it probably was years back). Good welcoming host, no fuss, come and go as you please (own rear access entrance door). Bottled water and coissant most welcome, along with the usual tea & coffee etc. Good access to all amentities, shops, pubs (obvs!), harbour and beachfront. Room semmed to be newly refurbished, tidy shower, lovely crisp bedding.
Everything! A really luxurious home from home, with a delightful garden, in a beautiful Kent village, which highlights the best of the county.
The house is beautiful with stylish attention to detail. The underfloor heating felt like a luxury with minus temperatures outside. A lovely countryside retreat for a family weekend. Our toddler loved the sheep and the friendly dog. The owner was very helpful and close by.
A high end luxury feel, super comfy everything, spacious and light in every room… special touches everywhere, and the beach just across the road. The perfect location (as a Bubble Native, I’m qualified to say that :)) The Beach Retreat ticks every box. Loved my stay, and was super impressed at each milestone - I got a lovely message from the owner within minutes of booking, and every interaction was easy and totally stress free.
The setting was very rural and peaceful, the room was bright, modern and very well equipped. All the rooms were in a little mini holiday Village in the grounds so no noise at all of an evening from guests returning to their rooms via corridors. Good parking. The pub itself was amazing. Full of olde worlde charm, the food was excellent, Sunday lunch was amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend
The host was so friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the village and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. It truly was a hideaway with so much solitude and was the perfect location for the retreat I was looking for.
