A lovely enclosed garden perfect for our dog and located in very peaceful surroundings with just the sound of a donkey and a cockerel to welcome in the morning. Walks from the front door and a great location for visiting the champagne region. Do try the champagne which is available from the hosts, it is fantastic!

Beds were extremely comfortable All the mod cons worked perfectly, nice and warm. Kitchen well equipped. Great coffee! The owner was super friendly and gave us information on sightseeing and dining. One of our best stays. Such a wonderful experience all round.

Good bathroom. My children (5 and 9) loved all the facilities in the huge garden (zip line, play houses, monkey bars and even goats; I preferred the boulodrome) They even didn't want to go back to the lac d'Orient the next day. The owners are living in the house next door and are very friendly. Nice feature: the old well in the living room. I can only recommend La Maison de Louna
