Arriving by bike (we are travelling Portugal and Spain this way) was easily done by nearby bike path, and the incredibly warm and helpful welcome from Joan we received was very much appreciated. Excellent communication prior to and during the stay. Entering the unit, it was immediately apparent how clean and well kept this house is. Kitchen, laundry and bedroom all were very tidy and very comfortable. About ten to fifteen metres to river, it’s in a beautiful place. One ‘extra mile’ the owner and son went was when we had trouble with a broken spoke on one of our bikes, and the son facilitated the fixing of it via a local workshop. Extremely helpful and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect. We could sit and watch the ocean from our room and patio. A 5 minute walk to restaurants, the marina and shops. Very quiet as the hotel is about 50-75 feet up from the beach so the views are spectacular. It is a short staircase down to the beach through the locked gate. You can also park your care inside the gates for 15 Euros

It offers a comfortable house with a fireplace only 20 km from Tortosa. Guests have access to an area located 10 minutes away, with barbecue facilities. The house was extremely welcoming, with wonderful views of the mountains. Linen and beds are very comfortable and clean. Wonderful friendly locals (Joana's Father in law) Very limited amenities within the village. Great hiking & scenery 😃

I arrived late from Barcelona and the gracious hosts offered me a homecooked dinner iand a bottle of local wine in the cozy dining room decorated with some kind of gigantic olive or grape press. Room spacious, high ceiling, warm inside, modern furnished bathroom, quite posh actually, did not expect to be so nice. Also they helped me communicate with my car rental company for them to drop of my car, which I appreciated because I don't speak Spanish.

The house is amazing and right in the historic centre, accepted our dogs, and it was very cozy -we loved everything!
