Arriving by bike (we are travelling Portugal and Spain this way) was easily done by nearby bike path, and the incredibly warm and helpful welcome from Joan we received was very much appreciated. Excellent communication prior to and during the stay. Entering the unit, it was immediately apparent how clean and well kept this house is. Kitchen, laundry and bedroom all were very tidy and very comfortable. About ten to fifteen metres to river, it’s in a beautiful place. One ‘extra mile’ the owner and son went was when we had trouble with a broken spoke on one of our bikes, and the son facilitated the fixing of it via a local workshop. Extremely helpful and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
L'Eucaliptus
Located in the Delta de l’Ebre Nature Reserve, Birds&Nature is just 400 metres from the beach, just outside Amposta. It offers free access to a shared gym, sauna and 2 outdoor pools.
This modern 3-bedroom house has a lounge-diner with TV with international channels and sofa. The lounge leads onto the private terrace. There is also free Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are included.
The apartment was large and very comfortable. There was easy access to the pool and beach. It was quiet and we had a nice meal at the nearby camping. I want to go back and explore more of the nature area.
L'Aldea
Set in the village of L’Aldea, the 19th-century Mas Masdeu is 5 km from Amposta in the Ebro Delta Nature Reserve. Rustic air-conditioned rooms offer garden views and some have disability access.

The village is very nice and the house has a very nice garden.
The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, great to relax. The surrounding natural areas are beautiful and different activities can be carried out in villages close by. The food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the staff were helpful in every way.
The location was excellent, in the middle of the rice fields, remote, it felt like staying at an island. Walking distance to the see and 10-20 mins driving to the next villages with restaurants and supermarkets.
The location is great, right on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. Villa located within 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a not a high end touristy area. The town located 1.5 hour drive from Barcelona airport. The small swimming pool was functioning fine and that helped a lot having 2 children on the trip.
Amazing hosts !! Kind and very helpful ! The hostel is very clean and has a lot of facilities. On top of that the village around is lovely and the beach beautiful! I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little house in Camarles, Spain. As a family, we arrived late at night. The host was super friendly and greeted us to hand over the key. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with things we needed for a comfortable short stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the fragrant orange trees blooming around the property. The village was very quiet at night, which made for a peaceful and restful sleep. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this house
