We liked the high standard of renovation and decoration of this traditional village house. The decor could be described as "rustic chic" . Everything you might need to self cater was there, an induction hob, a microwave ,a fridgefreezer but no oven. It is well situated for touring the beautiful eastern Asturias coast with its many dramatic beaches., the Picos mountains and the Sueve mountains. The area deserves to be better known by the British; it is popular with Spanish families. It does rain occasionally but on the whole is pleasantly warm, rather than unpleasantly hot. There was a seating and dining area on a patio and the surrounding scenery was lovely, mountains , woods and lots of flowers. Very unspoiled.

Very modern, very friendly people, located perfectly in a beautyful village
Great new apartment in the nature/ beautiful village. About 40 min drive to the centre of Picos NP - amazing sceneries and hiking!! The apartment itself is new, comfortable. The host was very helpful; super easy check in/out! Note that the bedrooms are open spaces ..all apartment is connected - no closable doors.
Lovely old villa reconverted into a nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and charming, beds area pretty comfortable! Would recommend.
It was a great place and location when you are visiting the Picos the Europe. The hotel is in a small village, but has some cafes, restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy and bank, which are all just across the road. Also, when the weather is not great it helps when the hotel is bigger and has more facilities. The breakfast Buffett is generous, but make sure you ask the waitress for eggs or omelettes. We weren't told and so missed out.
Beautiful flat in the centre of a lovely Spanish village with close walking access to shops, restaurants and bars. All with friendly staff Excellent high quality beds and bedding, towels and very comfortable indeed. Would enjoy going back
Small hotel. Room Heating works well. Well cleaned. Parking just outside the hotel. Not far from the village centre, where you can find some bars and restaurants. The lady in in the cafe below is really simpathetic !
The hotel is beautiful located at the harbour on walking distance of the village. The seas can be brutal lovely to see from the klifs.
The location next to the beach was awesome. We had the window open all night, and loved the sound of waves pounding the beach. There is a gate from the hotel to the promenade with great views of the bay. The bathroom is newly refurbished, the breakfast was included, and there was a good selection of food. The staff were very helpful and positive. The hotel is one of many villas along the beach walk, all built in Ribadesella's play day as a destination for the wealthy.
Everything was perfect! The house was clean, full equipped and with parking spot, with very large garden in common with the rest villas and a small garden private. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all the information necessary for the trip. Easy access to the beach and to the highway.I will return to this place with pleasure.
The SPA in the Grand Hotel is incredible - real luxury. Probably the best we've ever been to. This is where most of the 5 stars goes to. The staff is very kind, flexible and helpful. The village, where the whole object is located is a sanctuary of quietness, nature and beautiful views, just 15-20 min. from Oviedo city centre by car. We have actually extended our stay because we just couldn't leave the place. Rich breakfasts in the room of mirrors will be hard to forget, too.
