From our initial welcome by Mark and Stephen into our final good byes our villa and hosts could not be faulted! The villa is beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. The pool and outside is super, as is the inside. Every home comfort is provided and all done so tastefully!
Perfect retreat, the apartment has everything, quiet with amazing views. Mandy & Steve are the perfect hosts.
Basically all was perfect. To start with, fantastic nice, friendly and helpful hosts, you immediately feel welcome. Secondly, it is a lovely house, in quiet place, near the village, it is very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely garden with several options to relax on the sun beds next to the pool. Very good breakfast as a starter of your day. Adorable dogs, who gently welcome you when you return from your day trip. I would love to come back one day.
Excellent location - total privacy, but just a few mins drive from Agua Maga, and 30-40 mins drive from some amazing wild beaches near San Jose. The hosts couldn't do enough for us - any issue (just the fob for the gate) was immediately addressed, and everything functioned as it should. Its not a luxury villa, but we knew that, and it had everything we needed, and the external space was near perfect. I should add that the hosts were in no way intrusive - they just responded well to communication and were helpful with instructions etc.
The location is great, right at the beachfront. Although I would recommend staying in a more centrally located village if you want to visit the natural park. It was still quite a drive from this town.
The location suited our stay in the area to visit friends. However golf urbanisations of villas in Spain sure fairly soulless places, and this was no exception.
Villas were very well equipped, sparkling clean with all mod cons. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely return.
The owner is extraordinary helpfull and always on site if needed. The Villa fits perfect for two families and has a private pool which is cleaned twice a week. The Villa is next to the beach where are several Chirinquitos with nice food and drinks. We stayed at Villa Caleta for the second time and for sure not the last time.
