In addition, they brought us fresh bread and delicious pastry (to be found in front of the kitchen window) + the shower was great (perfect water pressure and temperature) + the kitchen was very well equipped (including a dishwasher and a very good coffee machine) and as the whole house interior looks as new + every room has a infrared radiator that you can set at any temperature (just remember to turn it on and set it up) + the beds are huge and very comfortable (the only downside is that one side faces the wall) + the communication via booking was great and fast but keep in mind that at least on site we could not communicate in English + the host is great!

Due to that the area of the house is very quiet and easy to reach by motorcycle/car (it is not situated in the main center or near the main road). The apartment provides nice parking place (outside of the fence). The apartment was sterile and clean.
