Beds and showers were very comfortable, so was the living room. They have a smart TV also, which is very handful. The view is breathtaking and the house looks even better in person. We really enjoyed our time there.

The staff everywhere in the hotel was amazing friendly and very helpful! Location is great! Breakfast Buffett was amazing with a wide variety! The rooms could have a touch more luxury as they don't really reflect the rest of the amazing hotel and the price.

THIS VIEW 😍 I never knew I could visit a place that had snow capped mountains and palm trees at the same time! Our concierge described Ascona as a “sleepy village” and I couldn’t agree more! Such a cute place and our room was wonderful! We loved sitting on our terrace and it was conveniently located near restaurants. We walked around near the lake a bit before leaving in the morning. If you want a lovely spot to stay in Ascona, I highly recommend Hotel Elvezia ☺️

Spacious, sophisticated attic apartment, super walk-in rain shower, comfy bed, kitchenette, coffee machine, fridge. Lake shore, boat trips, restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, old town, funicular to Madonna del Sasso, scenic railway to Domodossola all nearby..
Friendly and very flexible staff. Comfortable. While it’s not a luxury accommodation, it has everything that’s needed and it’s clean.
Location was quiet. Calm and peaceful. Restaurant offers good food. Staff are generally friendly. The heated indoor pool was great. The live duo band in the evening was also a nice touch. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful especially when we needed assistance. I didn’t know that there were villas. If I had known, I would have definitely booked a stay there as it looked comfortable.
