The small, but lovely, private yard and the proximity to the beach (1 minute walking distance) were a big plus. We were looking for a cosy and picturesque place, where we would have privacy and it's exactly what we got. The hosts were also very friendly and ready to help. We would like to stay there again if we ever visit Balchik again.

The complex is calm and well organized, there are 2 pools and a children's section in one of them, and a new interesting playground. The apartment is cozy, offers everything you need for a comfortable stay - coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, cooking facilities, comfortable beds, spacious yard. There is a grocery store nearby in the village, a 5-minute walk away. A variety of beaches are available less than 10 minutes by car.

The evenings spent on the terrace were perfect, with outstanding view of the moon glowing over the sea. The outside temperature was very pleasant and enjoyable, up to 30 degrees Celsius during the day and 24 degrees in the evening. The villa itself is spacious, elegantly designed, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, providing all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. What truly set our experience apart was the impeccable hospitality of our host, Svetlin. His warmth and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One evening, he was preparing an unforgettable seafood and fish dinner, that was a culinary experience like at one of the finest restaurants. We will return next year!
