Fabulous location & value for money. The shuttle from the airport is free & reliably goes every 15 minutes. Breakfast had a huge variety of hot & cold dishes. Staff all very friendly during the 4 times I’ve stayed there. Not a 5 star luxury hotel, but location & price for the quality offered is great. Everything was clean & comfy, rooms spacious, water temp & water pressure in the bathroom also very good.
I made a last minute booking and from the very first confirmation call I got from Mr Jon mere minutes after making my booking, I knew I was in safe hands. I fell in love with Lavender Villa that I had to extend my stay. Thank you Mr Jon and your beautiful wife for your impeccable hospitality. I will definitely be coming back soon. The villa is very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and take good care of their clients. Very close to the airport so catching my early morning flight was a breeze.
Beautiful, relaxing garden. My family stayed in the Villa above the main house. They loved it, in fact they wanted to extend the visit! I stayed in the ground floor cottage. It was equipped with everything I needed. The beds are super comfortable and the cotton linen was a treat. Excellent wifi, borehole water and off grid power. This property is simply stunning and we would definitely stay there again. We'll done Don. You have created an oasis of peace and calm in Kempton Park.
The staff were very welcoming and in particular the porters, reception staff and concierge were very on the ball. The junior suite we stayed in was tremendous very well appointed and luxurious. It was a super comfortable experience and we were very happy to stay at the Intercontinental Airport Johannesburg generally would find it difficult to criticize the accommodation at all, BUT....
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly including the shuttle service. The room was very neat and clean. Though it was just a standard room booking, it was luxuriously furnished. I highly recommend this accommodation and will always choose to stay there when needed. Hotel El Infinito you guys are great - keep up the good work 😁
The rooms were set up like private villas, Large comfortable bed, well heated room (but did not extend to bathroom), spacious bath and great water pressure & heat in shower, free airport shuttle, they also place orders for you at a nearby restaurant.
