The place is truly amazing! Have you ever stayed in an apartment where the sea is actually closer than the pool? Well, this is it—the pool is about 100 meters away, while the sea is just 50 meters from your doorstep! The house you’ll stay in is one of the best on the property—it's the second closest to the sea, so the view from both balconies is incredible.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, as does the kitchen/living room. The entire place is spotless, and it even includes a washing machine. The best part? There’s a dishwasher—because who wants to do dishes while on vacation? 😉
Everything worked perfectly. Hatice, the host, was wonderful—she patiently answered all my questions. I didn’t meet her in person, but her parents, who I did meet, are lovely people.
Considering the price, this was probably the best holiday spot we’ve ever visited.

Villa seaside is just a few steps from beach, everything was perfect. Great sea view, quiet location, nice sea and sandy beach good for kids. Hatice is very helpful, she helped us with everything we needed.

House is really big, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Calm part of Famagusta, walking distance to the beach even for kids. But the best part of the villa is the owner who not only gives you best tips and recommendations but also delivers fresh fruits, eggs and homemade jam from his garden.
The vibe of the village was lovely. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The accommodation was really lovely too. The location is fab as well..
The food was excellent and the house band were really entertaining and great musicians.

Very central and luxurious penthouse! There is a huge terrace with amazing views of pink flamingos, sea and mountains. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. The host is very responsive and caring. We are definitely coming back.
Very convenient location - right in the centre of the walled city. Plenty of free parking. Asli, the owner, and her staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was well-equipped. Bed very comfortable. Luxurious shower. Breakfast was included and was excellent - a (very) full Turkish breakfast, beautifully served, with endless cups of tea, coffee, fruit juice. Asli has excellent local knowledge and recommended an excellent place for our evening meal, which we would never have found on our own. We will definitely go back.
location is okay, the beach in front is rocky so you do have to go to another part on the beach where there is better sand. it was cute but just a 3 star accommodation. the interior was cheap materials from walls to everything. also bit of a stretch to call villas- its fair to call them bungalows. bit incomplete and needs a lot more work to lift it to the price range they go at. £110 a night is extreme for this property. i would give them 3 stars and they should be £30 a night or so.
