The room was better than I thought it would be. The bed was huge. The reception staff, Thi and Iann, were very helpful in booking me a flight and taxis, and most importantly, were always smiling. I do not know the other smiling receptionists name. The guys were always happy to carry my luggage to my room. Breakfast above average I would say. Altogether a perfect hotel

The room was really clean, spacious and actually really nice with a cute little balcony. Housekeeping comes everyday too. The pool is beautiful and the views from up there are amazing. The location is great, very central to everything between the Old Town and beaches. Lyn is a great host and helped with absolutely everything from renting a motorbike to organising tours. There's also free bicycles which are very handy as everything is close by.

Sweet little hotel with great balconies overlooking the pool. The sisters running the hotel are very helpful setting up tours, taxis, laundry etc. They could not have been nicer. Location is great as you aren't in the old part, but close enough to walk. And having access to bikes was fantastic.

You don't need to eat anywhere else for Vietnamese food! Lastly, the hosts were so great...a family feel here. I am so happy I chose this hotel for my stay in Hoi An!
