Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Place was cold. Fireplace was sketchy and didn't give off heat. Stove top didn't work properly. Shower sprayed water everywhere. Parts clean, others not. Location great.

The best thing for us was the fenced yard and the ability to bring our dogs, and the view.
I thought the dog kennel was a great idea and while we didn't use it it was great for my open suitcase.
I enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked some instructions for using it. (more than the posted rules)

We had a big enough room to add additional bed (5 of us) with the view of the ocean and direct access to the shore. The location is spectacular as long as you have a room with a view. There is a wheelchair accessible trail which goes either to the village of yachats or to the beach. The location is very relaxing and close to many places worth seeing at Oregon coast but not close to restaurants or shops. My son appreciate the swimming pool. Big parking
The establishment is old but super clean, on the beachfront, and staff are knowledgeable about the area. No noise, comfy beds and hot showers. Good for a stop over on our road trip down the coast. Must drive to reach a restaurant
Sufficient continental breakfast. Location on beachfront was fabulous, but the grounds were very unkept. The complex seemed very tired/old,but had some upgrades which helped. Nice to have a full kitchen & suite was roomy with new laminate floors. Bathroom was mostly upgraded, but lino was older. The staff were great.
