The property is in an excellent location in Beverly Hills between Pico and Olympic boulevards (which lead straight to the shore), 15 mins drive to the getty, and an 18 minute walk to Rodeo Drive. The accommodation is in a self contained converted outhouse with a large bedroom with kingsize bed and a small separate room for two kids out back so it is perfect for a family. Outside is a nice paved garden and a pool with spa section (warmer than the main pool). For us, it was a nice relaxing alternative to a hotel and a good base to explore LA from.

The location is amazing. The facilities inside are all clean and working. You got midsize bedrooms and plenty of space in the living room. The kitchen is also big enough for a group of 8 people.
The garage is alright despite what the reviews say. You can fit 2 cars in with absolutely no problem. The jacuzzi and terrace are there, even though a little tight and "far" from the house (you'll have to pass near another house where other people stay). Don't get confused tho, by far I mean 20m from the exit from the house.
Still have to get my deposit back (will update this review when I do).
Overall a wonderful experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend! A separate thank you for Mr Welcome for him being open and answering anytime. Solved all the procedural issue that arose!

Location of hotel, easy and central to all that we wanted to see and visit. Near Target, near Manhattan Beach Mall plus the beach villages. Hotel has nice pool, not fancy but acceptable.
the staff were extremely professional and nice. the room was very large and clean. hotel is in a nice area and felt very safe. it’s across Manhattan village for restaurants or quick shopping (not too many stores) and a 30-40 minute walk to manhattan beach which is great. roughly 15 min drive to LAX airport.
clean and safe. Respectful staffs. Near to the Manhattan Village center. free parking. near to the airport about 12 minutes. everything are near by the hotel ( supermarket, restaurants…etc) recommended for couples and groups.
Near hotel is big Target and Manhattan Village mall where you can find shops and restaurants. Beach could be more near about 20 min walk away. Hotel pool is nice and warm and it was great that it was open till 10 pm. We rent bikes from the hotel 35 dollars/ person/day. Room was a good size and functional. Manhattan Beach area is very nice, clean and beautiful.
