First of all - the place is beautiful. Big rooms, great living space open floor kitchen and living room. There's a lovely back yard which we didn't use enough. Simon, the host is very welcoming and we even got to meet him in person to meet such a personable and welcoming person.
It was a great place for our family, our 2 girls were so excited to spend our vacation there.
The house is very close to the main street and the beach located in quiet neighborhood. We felt at home right away.
We would love to come back.

The only place you should stay is this place right here! Absolutely Hands down The Only place you should Book when visiting Florida. For starters, check in is a breeze. It's as simple as walking to the door and when you walk in the front door. Be prepared. Because this house is even more beautiful than the photos. Accommodations must be the host middle name. Because if you book this place, you'll get to see truly what accommodations are available. Accommodations you would have never thought of before right at your fingertips. No crowds like at the hotels. No Stupid fees like parking. And it's even dog friendly. The only thing about this place that you might be upset about is that you didn't come sooner. the setting is absolutely beautiful overlooking the backwaters and very peaceful. great swimming pool and lots of space in the villa. it is kitted out very well as we did all our cooking on the bbq. near the beach and shops and restaurants.

We came here to avoid hurricane Ian on west coast. Lovely clean modern apartment near the beachfront. Comfortable bed and good shower. Efficient air conditioning and big TV. Very friendly and helpful cleaning staff.
Very clean and quiet location. We had an amazing time in our 3 bedroom villa. My children had enough space to move around comfortably. Beach access is directly across the street and pool area was conveniently located by our living room balcony.
