When you wake up you will fell among the clouds with magnificent views and the peaks on the horizons. The owner is an amazing guy and very helpful and accommodating. The entire house is spotless from the bathroom, bedding floors and carpet. The property has everything you might need and I mean everything even fresh tea from the tea farm next door. It is a 5 bedrooms villa with a full kitchen, a sitting area, a beautiful backyard, and wonderful sea, river, and mountain view. It has been remodeled and equipped with the best furnisher and utilities. The location is very convenient to water activities, major landmarks in the area, and the city of Riza is about 40 minutes away by car. Most importantly, the host, Mr. Fatih, is amazing. He greeted us with warmth and was extremely generous with his time and advice. The fridge was full and his staff where available to help. Whenever we needed anything, he was very quick to answer and offer suggestions and recommendations. Over the course of the week, we got to know his parents, brothers, and staff; all were very friendly and wonderful.
