The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself. The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed! We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.

The place was perfectly located in regards to the airport. The host was also very helpful in setting up all the transport from the place to the city center the night before and the morning we had a transfer service which was really great!

Everything from the moment we stepped foot onto the property we were greeted with exceptional standards and hospitality. The property is perfect for those who want some quiet time in a luxury environment. The photos on the website really do not do this property the justice it deserves we were beyond satisfied with our choice. One of the best accommodations we ever had. The bed is comfy, clean sheets and towels provided , in the living room there are two sofas to relax and a TV, plenty of natural light in the house. On the patio is where the fun begins as you have the pool (big pool, clean), sunbeds, umbrella , hanging chair and hammock. Very clean inside the house, well equipped kitchen. You can find a shop 3 min drive and it has all the essentials that you may need, otherwise 13 min drive you have Carrefour in Gocek ( parking nearby available) We want to go back next year, we had a great stay. Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy the sunny days at the pool.

Very nice and autenthic place with spacious and well equiped terrace with a beautiful view in the centre of nature, out of city sounds and lights. We ordered drinks and food by phone which were prepared in calm coffee bar just under our flat. I recommed this place to people who like accomodation with a spirit. Few minutes by car are another restos and small grocery store and amazing natural Iztuzu beach.
