Location was awesome, the Monte was exceptional, the hosts were fantastic. The very large log burner with an ample supply of logs is very handy on the colder evenings. A fantastically comfortable large sofa with loads of quality cushions. Outside living and dining space was perfection with a windbreak glazing panel which could be opened or closed (not the usual cheap roll down plastic that many use). A bread-pizza oven and BBQ, beautifully kept grounds and grass. Very large kitchen dinning area.

It was absolutely perfect. The house has a tasteful interior design and the outside areas were beautiful, too. The kitchen was fully equipped and comfortable. The air condition was powerful.

A very authenthic stay in the small village. The house was way more beautiful and comfortable than expected. The jacuzzi outside was another highlight in the summer heat. A very welcoming host, who let us try the gastronomical part of Portugal. We came with a small bus, parking in front of the house was also not a problem.
It was situated in a beautiful old peaceful small village, surrounded by nature. The house itself had all the the facilities. My mum and dad absolutely loved it and thought it was stunning (house, village and surroundings).
They left us a bottle of wine and some delicious local products (meat, cheese, honey). It was a great experience.
