Nice place - still expanding so partly building site but beautiful swimmingpool and living space was nice and comfortable. Host (Antonio received us well and advised a good nearby restaurant from where we witnessed a beaufitul sunset during (simple) dinner.

The house is very pleasant and even though it is an old house, it has a charm of the past. The fact that we were able to disconnect was awesome. The place is quiet with lots of small villages and natural pools in the surroundings to visit. Rogério and Silvina who contacted us were extremely helpful. The keys were delivered by Silvina at the door and she also showed us the house.

The accommodation is near Monsanto, making it very easy for guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset at the rock village and then head back for a good night's sleep. And we were happy to be under a starry sky during our stay.
Grear location and easy to walk to all the sights in the village. Very comfortable room with window leading out to shared deck where we enjoyed the sunrise from. Shower pressure great. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Fridge available to leave any food we had brought with us. Air conditioning in room great as was very hot while there. Lady who ran the place is excellent, very helpful with anything we needed. Great stay.
We loved our two nights in this cute and authentic granite cottage. The little veranda was fabulous especially for early morning coffee and sundowners. The village itself is exceptional and being there in early mornings and evenings meant we could explore without other tourists about.
Everything. The property is impeccably designed. The location takes you back in time, set in a remote village but is easily accessible by the roads.
The rooms are comfortable l, and have excellent amenities. The owners are very hospitable and make every effort to allow you to enjoy your stay.
We went in summer but I can see how it would also be amazing in the winter! I hope we get to stay again.

Bode Country House is a beautiful B&B in a wonderful setting. The hosts were so warm, inviting and accommodating. Attention was paid to the finest details. Even the place settings at breakfast were perfect!
