The location is perfect, really close to the gorgeous sandy Tamariz beach and all its restaurants and cafes, and within strolling distance of Cascais, which we walked to along the seafront on a couple of evenings. The railway station is nearby so we could get to Lisbon easily for day-trips. There are nice grocery stores and delis not too far away. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with good wifi and full of thoughtful little touches: a bottle of wine milk, bread and other supplies to greet us on arrival; nice soap and plenty of loo roll in all three bathrooms; air-conditioning in all the rooms - which we did need since it was hot and humid on some days; lovely crisp bed linen; a well-equipped kitchen; dishwasher and washing machine - everything you might need to be comfortable.
Estoril

The most welcoming host, small room, but has all necessary facilities, the most amazing view from the balcony and about 15 min always from the ocean (not a beach though). Overall really positive experience, definitely recommend for a solo traveller or a couple.
