This is a really comfortable cottage with 2 bigger rooms & one single room, one shared bathroom, and deck out from the lounge with a lake view. Wooden floors. Double glazed so cosy even though it was winter.
2 heat pumps (lounge & hall) and we enjoyed the wood fire . We were a group of three friends & it was great - private & great for cooking meals. 10 mins drive to Rotorua.

This was the perfect house for a family stay- spacious and clean. Our kids had lots of room to move and play with their toys which made for a very comfortable stay.
Downstairs shower was amazing- especially after a long run. Great pressure!
