Our stay here was fabulous, we were a party of 6 adults. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the house warm and we had plenty of towels. The view of the lake was amazing and the house is situated in a quiet area but close to town. Thank you Bryce for being so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house and return here again.

Communication was fantastic. Great place to stay with young kids, my niece loved the books and toys available.
The heat pump kept the place nice and warm, but take the effort to get the fire cranking and keep the place toastie and cosy.
Everything was clean and convenient.
Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

Everything you need, well equipped, thoughtful design and clean. We were looking for somewhere quiet to just chill out and this was perfect. But if you havent been to Rotorua, theres lots of info on things to do provided. Loved that there's a washing machine, would be great for longer stays.
