This is a cozy home located just beside a river. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed with the necessary appliances and also all the pots, plates, forks, spoons etc that you could possibly need. Very convenient for cooking your own meals or breakfast.
The living room and dining room were sufficient for our group of 6 persons.
The home was very clean when we checked-in. Hosts were responsive when we had questions.
There is a heat pump heater in the living rooms so you can get heating or cooling in summer or winter.
Nestled in the Flåm valley just 3 km from Flåm train station and the stunning Aurlandsfjord, these cottages enjoy valley views from their porch terraces.

Location was spectacular. Cabin had lots of character and was well renovated. Comfortable with well-stocked kitchen equipment
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The room was spotlessly clean. The surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing. The hostel is a short walk from the train station and the main part of the village where the supermarket and restaurants are. The kitchen was well-equipped.
The hotel is in the center of the village and looks straight on to the fjord. Breakfast was great and the room, while it didn't look on to the fjord was fine. The Gardens are well kept and the Hotel is clean.
Perfectly located for the village, and the old wing is steeped in history. A number of quirky places dotted around the new and old wings, that truly charms you. Bar and restaurant service was faultless.
Great location away from the busy centre of Flam. Coffee and tea on tap and good cooking facilities were really useful as the food offer in the village is limited. Lounges and balcony have wonderful fjord views - very restful!
A stunning hotel inside and out and a lovely bit of ‘luxury’ for us after lots of hiking and cycling. Great location and clean, comfy rooms. The breakfast was really nice, lots of options. Staff were all really friendly.

Very peaceful and clean. I had a private room in the hostel and it felt like luxury compared to other hostels I’ve been in. I particularly liked the kitchen and seating area, shared with just a few other rooms, and the on-site beer garden.
What a beautiful and unusual place! The house is stunning and beautifully set out. The staff were so friendly and kind and we absolutely loved our stay. The view from the shared balcony is out of this world. The shared kitchen is lovely. So many places to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We had one luxury stay (not a hostel!) in Norway and we're so glad that this is where we chose to have it.
