The location is central and easy to find, and the location was clean and accurate to photos shown. The building and grounds are quite well kept, but make sure you drive a vehicle that can go up a slope as it's a steep drive up to the property. The place is as quiet as your housemates are, since there's very little in terms of sound insulation. Overall quite a good value for money experience to spend time in the mountains and wake up to a beautiful view.

Close to village restaurant, mini mart and easy to find food. Staff very helpful and recommended for group stay. From here we can see view Kinabalu Mountain and you also can climb 3sixty hill (rm5 ticket) just walk from homestay. Our group stay for Kinabalu Climb
We like the villa living room. It has very nice view, and we can see the mountain. My family, especially my parents also liked the little garden around the villa, the flowers were very nice. It was good that standing fans were provided. The big dustbin with cover is good. The cups & utensils were pretty. Microwave is available. Handsoaps & towels were provided.
Raflie was clear and fast in his response to me via Whatsapp. We gave an estimated arrival time but was delayed. He was accommodating and was there to receive us when we reached the villa.
There was ample seating space in the living room. We could sit together at the ktichen island to have our meals.
During the day, we have a good view outside as villa is glass-covered floor to ceiling. Love the sunrise view from the master bedroom too.
We stayed at the adjoining Nepenthes villas 1 and 2 and there was wifi (for villa 2). I had expected none. Connection was generally good.
Breakfast was filling although coffee was weak.
The property was well-maintained with beautiful landscaping.
Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and staff spoke excellent English and were so responsive.
It was luxurious yet exotic villa. Feel peace and love in the garden. Very exclusive as they only have 3 villas. At the back of villa can visit the river within 10min walks.

The view was outstanding. Villa located close to Mount Kinabalu and its surrounded with beautiful nature. The furnishings is luxurious and comfortable.
The view of Mt. Kinabalu is amazing from this piece of land. The unobstructed view by anything other than the clouds, is reason enough to head here. The beautifully grown flowers and plants are so pretty and just adds to the mystical feeling about the place. makes you feel you are in paradise on earth. The facilities in the villas are also a plus - the heated flooring, beds, hot water in the shower and bath helps in the evenings and mornings.
