Absolutely exceptional place in Mexican style, perfect privacy, comfortable. Ideal for families and groups of friends. It is not by the sea, but it is a short distance everywhere. The owners are extremely nice and helpful people, they speak fluent English.

The location was super good, really quiet. The house was clean and nice, everything was working inside and the shower was pretty good. Katerine was super welcome, she made a good breakfast and helped us with what we needed. Is really nice to have the Jacuzzi outside the balcony too. We were supposed to stay one night there, but in the end we decided to be there for three nights, so I totally recommend it!

My stay was in apartment number 001A. Everyone writes that it is in the basement. In my opinion this is not true. The location is perfect and has a great view of the jungle!

We loved everything about this very special location. The family who run it are a total delight, they are so friendly and make you feel very much at home. We loved the breakfasts and we also treated ourselves to dinners in the restaurant. The setting in the jungle is fantastic. The villas are beautifully designed with wood and thatched roofs and you feel like you have plenty of privacy. We most enjoyed lounging in the sun and swimming in the pool. We will be back!
Beautiful well kept villas on the Mayan Riveria. Quiet, great views, steps from beach and pool area. Restaurant on site serves breakfast and lunch. Two doors down another restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. The staff is excellent and Raul, the manager, speaks English is very knowledgeable and helpful about accessing local sights.
Villas at a private Beach. Perfect for a group of 6, as it offers 3 separate rooms with 3 separate bathrooms. The view of the ocean is amazing. Not many other people during the day so you have the beach to yourself. Lisbeth the host was very helpful and helped to organize all the transports.
Really calm location but far from Acumal, only by car. Road is full of holes.Villas area and garden is really cool, calm, nice atmosphere. Owner and staf kinf, very friendly and helpful. Delicious homemade breakfast. Water, cofee, tea and the common kitchen available.
