Everything. The staff were so friendly from the offset, and everything just progressed from then on. The rooms were amazing, very spacious and as the hotel is small - the quality of the stay was just superb. The hotel is beautifully located, set within the jungle and just a few mins Tuk Tuk away from Sigiriya, and Pidurangala! And finally, the food. The food was exquisite, and be sure to experience as much from the menu as possible. I’m still sure that the Sri Lankan breakfast at Roo Mansala is the best thing I have ever eaten. A truly luxurious boutique with a very intimate and welcoming atmosphere!

Room is super spacious, devided into 2 bathrooms, one with tub and another with a shower....coffe/tea, kettle, fridge, hair dryer...all available. Drinking water as well. The best part is the garden, water lilies, fish, peacok, chipmonk, varan, birds...and even fireflies at night❤️

We loved the setting, the porch and the feeling of freedom when you are there. We loved the owner as he was really helpful with everything, organized us a safari trip and some tuktuks. We had an amazing breakfast and even better dinner. It was by far the best hosting family we had :) We highly recommend it!

Stay in Sigiri Dilu Villa was very pleasent. The owner was so helpful. He took us by tuk tuk to the rock before sunrise and also dropped us to our bus station. Apartment was comfortable, garden is great. It is good to rent a scooter as house is located in surroundings of Sigiriya.

Had an amazing stay at Lotus Eco Villa. First of all the tree house is just awesome. It’s clean, spacious and it has all the amenities one might need. Secondly, being located in a side road, makes it a nice and quiet location as well. Thirdly, the breakfast including coffee, toast, eggs, pancakes and fresh fruits was delicious. All in all a highly recommended accommodation to stay at if you’re planning to visit Sigiriya!!

The host family are the kindest and most thoughtful people on the planet! We absolutely loved meals with them as they use nearly 100% fresh ingredients from their garden. They helped us organize a safari jeep tour where we saw dozens of asian elephants so close that we could touch them! They're also close driving distance to several popular hiking spots and tons of restaurant options. However, their food was so good we didn't bother trying any of the other dining options.

Great hospitality and an amazing restaurant. The hotel manager was very helpful by planning trips and excursions with me. The pool was also great, very relaxing.
