Excellent new villa with the service like in a five-star hotel. The room was large, with air conditioning, a sofa, table, TV and a very comfortable bed. There is also a refrigerator, kettle, hot water always. The room had its own terrace with a table and chairs, which was a pleasant place to spend time. The villa is beautifully decorated, very cozy and calm, with a large swimming pool, very refreshing during hot hours. The location is excellent - a quiet place, but close to everything: supermarket, fruit shops, restaurants and a wine store. The sea is two minutes walk away. The hotel provides sun loungers and umbrellas. The beach is huge, incredibly beautiful and very uncrowded. Ideal for walking and relaxing. The waves are usually big but you can swim without any difficulties. There are no beach boys here and no one will bother you. Every morning you can watch local fishermen and even buy fresh fish from them, which will be prepared for you at the hotel. I would especially like to mention the staff. This villa has a really great team led by Gami. They take care of every guest and take into account all wishes, including breakfast preferences. I really had a great time here and hope to return one day!

We booked this villa for our family holiday and this is really best place, if you like a rest closer to the nature! You will not need a TV, cause the "National geographic" will shows directly from the verand )) The villa having very comfortable and creative design, with perfect pool and palms outside. Quiet place with fantastic lake view! Sampath and his team always ready to do all you need for the best and comfortable rest! The beautiful kitchen, cleaning and ready to fix ALL your's requests (really, guys was ready to bring us a coffee at 4.00 a.m.!) No one problem with contact, booking, payment, check in/out. Also from this location you can easy reach many interesting places (turtle beach, tsunami museum, Galle fort and e.t.c.) by car or taxi.

Everything was fantastic. The onsite staff were very helpfull and onsite chef bought/collected and cooked amazing meals for us throughout the stay. We were only charged for the actual purchase price of the drinks and food so it was very well priced. The site is huge and it is like being in your own massive hotel. I could not recommend this place more.

We could not have landed up at a better place, this is a true gem, hidden away with great food and the most amazing beach - we decided to stay there at the last minute because we had originally booked a big hotel, but we were just dying for some peace and quiet after traveling around the country. We could not have been more delighted when we arrived at sunset to a beautiful beachfront and pool direct from our villa. Definitely coming back. The location is absolutely fab!! This place really exceeded my expectations! It is like having your own private villa on a private beach. The beach is extremely clean and beautiful. Our stay at Bay Villas Balapitiya was just perfect. The location directly on the beach is breathtaking, our room was well equipped and the served food was very tasty. The crew is professional and ready to help, but also very friendly. It was the best place we visited during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly recommend it!
This is literally the best place in Sri Lanka we could choose for the first stay! Not so far from Colombo, near the train station Ambalangoda, you can find 3 beautiful villas with the best cuisine and the nicest staff. We loved everything there, starting from the design, ending with the beach and the dog. We had the breakfasts and dinners served in our villa, always a lot of delicious food and nice conversations with the employees. We really didn't want to leave this place!
Bay Villas was exquisite. The food was delicious, the views were breathtaking. It was a slice of heaven and we enjoyed every little thing it had to offer. The staff was so hospitable and sweet we felt like we had a family who was looking out for us.
We had a private villa, it was very cosy, tasty decor, comfy beds, good bathroom amenities. The most we enjoyed our own pool and veranda. We also loved very well kept garden and main pool, beach is beautiful. The main reason to go back is their staff. Our butler Hassan was exceptional! Also housekeeper(do not know his name) who always had smile on his face. Seeing him daily already made us feel so good. Food was suberb as well-barramundi fish was extremely good.
The villas and hotel are beautiful while the beach and gardens lovely and clean. We stayed in the family Villa which also had a private pool that was just big enough to swim lengths. The staff were excellent.
