We booked this villa for our family holiday and this is really best place, if you like a rest closer to the nature! You will not need a TV, cause the "National geographic" will shows directly from the verand )) The villa having very comfortable and creative design, with perfect pool and palms outside. Quiet place with fantastic lake view! Sampath and his team always ready to do all you need for the best and comfortable rest! The beautiful kitchen, cleaning and ready to fix ALL your's requests (really, guys was ready to bring us a coffee at 4.00 a.m.!) No one problem with contact, booking, payment, check in/out. Also from this location you can easy reach many interesting places (turtle beach, tsunami museum, Galle fort and e.t.c.) by car or taxi.

Everything. This villa was literally the best accommodation we had during our 3-week trip to Sri Lanka with two little children (we stayed at 7 different places). An amazing interior design, spotless clean, very carefully considered details for a convenient stay, location at the shore of an amazing scenic beach, yet very close to a more popular beach with reef, turtles and a very cool surfing school. Lots of things to do around or just relax and watch the waves playing from the porch of your own private villa. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Special thanks to the owner Sudath, who was very easy going, helpful, generous and hands on. He helped make our stay even better than we hoped for.

All the staff are very nice and helpful.
Location wise, it is a little off from populated area but not too far away.
Bus lines are available to cities along the coast.
And, this is the great point, which made me enjoy the ocean view exclusively.

The villa was fantastic, stunning views, amazing to wake up to in the morning. The staff who are there all day make some amazing food. We really enjoyed the breakfast sitting outside under the shade. The family loved the swimming pool having it available all the time was great. Jayantha was also available to help if needed.
Perfect stay in Sri Lanka ! We are a familiy with two children in the age of 11 and 14 and spent two weeks in May 2024 in the Villa. Everything was perfect . The host was outstanding. He was always available and had ideas for excursions. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. Place to be! We had an amazing time here. The Villa is located at beautiful and quiet beach, which has been cleaned every day by the Villa staff. Deliciouc breakfast served every morning (I liked the Srilankan style the most), also lunches and dinners were great. The villa team led by Thameera did their best. Our kids enjoyed the pool and waves a lot. Thameera also arranged for us nice trips to the main locations such as safari, gardens, waterfalls, … I wish we had much more time here. Thank you so much!

It is literally on the beach which is quite narrow ( rocks from both ends). So you have like ip to a kilometer wide isolated beach only for you and 2 neighboring villas. Very comfortable to stay with kids since there is sand in the terrace as well. Great support from Sudath to give an advice as well.
Colonial style villa is located on a quiet street, has a garden, a private pool, a separate kitchen where you can cook your own food, or ask an house keeper to cook whatever you want. It is very convenient to take a bike and move to different locations or you can use the services of Tuk-Tuk. The pool area is a great place to chill out. The rooms are large, with air conditioning and large beds.
I have visited different places in Sri Lanka, but this is the most comfortable of all the villas where we have been. I think its price should be higher because the service, atmosphere and decor are top notch! I would really like to come back here again, because you can live in this place. very nice and kind family, where you feel at home or visiting friends! I recommend to everyone! thanks for the delicious breakfast ❤️
