Quick walk to Shin-Koiwa Station. The house was spacious, we were a group of 8. Beds were comfy. The shower is a bit awkward and there isn't a shower curtain. The stairs are manageable compared to other stairs I've encountered. Great having two toilets, 1st and 2nd floor. Close to eateries and shops.

Staff were incredibly helpful when I had issues with the lock and the power! Property is beautiful and perfect for a large group travelling together. The bikes were a great addition and made the convenience store runs so much more fun and easier!

The hotel was beautiful and welcoming, clean, safe and friendly. It had everything you needed from eateries, to pools, kids entertainment and easy access to transport and luxury extras if you wanted. We had a short stay for Disney Sea, but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy all it had to offer. The staff were professional and responsive and we felt very safe in the area.
Lovely big room overlooking Disneyland. Luxurious beds with generous sitting area. Huge windows with shutters. Large bathroom with shower over the bath. Very family oriented hotel with several dining options. The regular shuttle bus to the metro makes access to Tokyo easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Big hotel with lots of services including Welcome Lounge, Baggage Storage area, several restaurants including a buffet, Chinese and English Pub style restaurant. Hotel is quite luxurious looking and offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Tokyo Disney.
Room was comfortable, spacious and had a great view. The breakfast and staff were amazing and the overall feel had a comfort/ luxury and a bit of disney magic.
