Absolutely amazing experience. This place exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We spent 3 nights in the “Deluxe Villa” (“C”), a 66 m2 wooden house amidst the subtropical forest of Southern Okinawa. On arrival, we were greeted by Ken, the manager, who gave us a clear overview and recommendations for things to do and to eat in the area. He also showed us two e-bikes, which can be used free of charge during the stay. The place has a beautiful natural garden, which goes all the way up the hill with a great view. The house/villa had a modern, sophisticated style, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen area, own parking space and - most importantly - a balcony with stunning sea view. We were extremely lucky that our stay coincided with the local, small-scale (food truck) festival which took place on the premises of Villa Sachibaru. A fantastic local experience. We will definitely be back.

Beautifully new and clean house located on a little island away from the hustle and bustle of Naha. The island itself is fun to explore but not great for swimming when you compare it to the pristine beaches of the north but there are some really pretty beaches within driving distance. The people were lovely at the local fish market where we got food for dinner most nights and my children loved petting the cats and exploring the tide pools. The house itself is really well stocked with lots of little extras that make a self-catered stay easy. Condiments in the fridge, cooking oil, coffee, extras in the bathroom in case you forgot anything, even insect spray! The beds and futons were really comfy and the semi double beds had memory foam pillows which was a winner for me. The living space was comfortable for a family of five although the dining table can get a bit squishy. Being able to see the sea out the window and go to sleep with the noise of the ways was wonderful. There’s even a small telescope for star gazing although we didn’t have any clear nights. Toilet and basic up and downstairs was great and the bath was beautiful.

Charming traditional house with perfect decoration and fully functional facilities. Each cm of this place has been thought, optimised and perfectly decorated to end up with a perfect balance between tradition, functionality and aesthetic. Best house ever visited with no hesitation.

The location was AMAZING! Honestly though, everything was amazing. I particularly loved the ocean accessories such as inflatable rings, shoes and flippers. I also loved the beautiful wabi-sabi style plates and mugs. Having a big fridge was great. Beautiful decking to relax on. So good that there was a DRYER (Japan usually doesn't have dryers to dry clothes.) I also appreciated how quickly the owners messaged me back.

The staff were really good it would be difficult to find better. They are very kind, friendly and helpful. Always willing to satisfy the request as long as they can. The view from the Ocean room is amazing, we enjoyed a lot in the bath on the terrace with the view. The view from the swimming pool and the restaurant is breath taking.
