Very spacious and clean house. It has two floors and plenty of room (we are two adults traveling with our one year old daughter).
Sleeping on the floor mattress was very comfortable and also very convenient since our daughter could not fall out of the bed.
The kitchen is super well equipped. There is everything you need.
Luckily the house als had an AC as it can heat up a lot.
The host was very nice, always responsive and helped us a lot when our daughter got sick. Thank you, again!

This is an authentic Ryokan and Onsen. The staff are exceptionally helpful and traditional in every way. The food is phenomenal (incl. Japanese style breakfast).
This was a beautiful and relaxing retreat.
The staff were incredibly friendly and were extremely kind in letting my cycling friends and I park our bikes in a safe place overnight. My room was on the second floor so I had access to the balcony/veranda overlooking the river. I was able to enjoy a nice cold drink overlooking the river after a nice hot bath and had my breakfast there in the morning. Luxurious moments!
The in-room open air onsen is a luxury. The dinner was also terribly good. Although the staff did not speak good English, they still tried very hard to communicate with us and made our stay very comfortable. The view of the ocean is nice and tranquil.
Luxuriously large room with private bath and an incredible view of Fujisan. A shame we only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable stay nevertheless. It's a resort, rather than a traditional ryokan, set fairly remotely up on the mountainside so you can't just walk out to a convenience store or shop. We came by car so it wasn't an issue, about 7 mins down the mountain to get to shops. They also have shuttle busses to get guests around the very large property and to the main station in town.
Japanese style luxury hotel with beautiful rooms and a great onsen. we were created with tee and a matcha Creme brûlée. Although we only stayed one night, i would recommend it for longer stays as well
